We guarantee all of our products 100%. If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased from us, contact us to let us know why at firstname.lastname@example.org
Then send it back to us within 30 days of receiving it, and we will send you a new one. Or you can pick one of our other products of equal value.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
